For Authors of Accepted Papers

• Prepare a presentation for your paper
  • Prepare a 20-minute presentation if you have received the Best-Paper award
  • Prepare a 10-minute presentation if you have received a Best Paper Runner-Up award
  • Prepare a 5-minute presentation otherwise (focus on key ideas and results)

For All Authors and Participants

• Prepare one Visual Introduction Slide (one per participant) including:
  • Your picture, name, tittle, and affiliation
  • A visual representation of your favorite topics of interest when it comes to SE education
• Send your one slide (preferably in PDF) by Wednesday, May 30, to Cecile Peraire.
• Bring a hard-copy of your slide to the workshop!

In addition, we encourage all paper authors to create a blogpost about their paper at se-edu.org before the workshop. Find more on how to do so here.
